I designed and managed Cisco Enterprise Connect, creating a new way to run field training programs and conferences. The goals were to reduce training costs, build community and participation, and increase the relevance of presentation materials.

I leveraged social media to allow speakers to engage with their audiences ahead of the actual event, improving both presentation relevance and audience participation. By continuing the online forums through video-on-demand and WebEx replays, the events essentially became timeless. Enterprise Connect achieved a 95% satisfaction rating across multiple theaters.
