In 2006-07 I led a rock-star team of user experience designers (Margo Hays, Molly Steenson, and Jason Wehmhoener) to develop the information architecture for Verizon’s multimedia broadband entertainment portal for their 5 million DSL customers.

The goal was to increase demand for high-speed content and fiber-to-the-home service by providing a showcase for the best in broadband entertainment content, while building an active community where Verizon could establish an ongoing relationship with customers.

Key information architecture deliverables included user personas, wireframes, user experience design, content analysis, and navigational hierarchies.
